My software reboot fixed this issue once. It returned yesterday after several weeks right after I “sent” a destination from Google maps to the Rivian navigation. Just documenting it here in case the software patchers troll this forum.
Hi, I searched but didn't find if anyone has experience or a fix for this. My 2023 R1T has always been a little quirky when it comes to Adaptive Cruise Control and Highway Assist when there is a truck in a separate lane up ahead, especially on a freeway gradual curve. I'd say 10% of the time it...
Mine just got installed at the Costa Mesa CA service center last week. I took delivery of the vehicle in May... so about 6 months. At month 4 I had an appointment to get it done and was informed 2 days before that they couldn't do it, so I rescheduled.

Realizing this is nothing new and that probably all of this has been said, I am nonetheless stupefied by the service experience.
I waited to 3 months for an appointment at El Segundo, CA (about 2 hours one way from my home and the closest SC).
The truck was delivered with the alignment way off...
I was on the freeway in no particularly harsh conditions yesterday when both screens (and I believe the fans/AC although I was a little stressed so I'm not certain) went dead spontaneously. It was surprisingly unnerving for everything to go dark and quiet.
But, the interesting and good part is...
I have a new '23 R1T with the 21" road tires (so probably not the AT tires contributing much in the OP's noise), dual motor, max battery, same whine. I was letting it go but I'd be very curious what the consensus is here about reporting it (I suppose, why not.) If it was fixable, I'd get it...
Soft reset worked for me to. (For new folks like me who just looked this up) Soft reset is done by holding the far right and far left buttons down until the screens go black. Then patients wait and 3m after reboot I was able to sign into Alexa again.
