I lease the 2023 R1T 3year/45k miles with Max pack only no other addtional add-on, but my residual is 51%... ($79,000 + $1800 = $80,800 x 51% = $41,208) why my residual is so low, i don't understand.. I see some other ppl are around 60% or above..

Thanks for the answer, I was talking some of the emplyee from Rivian, some say no, some say should be. It's very unknow, and some employee said you need to process further to digtal payment prcosess in order to see, which is a risk that 1000 deposit will become non-refundable.
