I lemoned mine because SC was unable to fix simple issues. Got every penny I paid on the vehicle back and got a competently built vehicle. Best decision I ever made

Mine was in the SC for a seemingly simple issue for a period totaling 30 days, once that day hit I called a lawyer and we sued. Rivian did a full buy back of the vehicle. This was in CA but yeah the law is supposed to be consumer friendly so wouldn't be surprised if its similar across the US.

SF Area Rivian SCs are incompetent so they'll likely say its in spec and give you the vehicle back with the same issue.

I cost them $90k when they bought back my vehicle due to SC incompetence and making me suffer through a year of ownership. Oopsies 🤷 as for class action I just wanted the vehicle gone and that’s about the extent of the energy I will put into Rivian personally but would love to see them pay out...
