Exactly. It's not that Porsche doesn't do regen, it's that they've managed to have the brake pedal handle all forms of deceleration, and they do it really well. I think they target/estimate ~80% of all deceleration via the brake pedal is done via regen.

Odd. This article has been on the website for a long time. I currently don't see any version of it on the stories.rivian.com site. If you Google "A moveable feast" you get something that originally posted July 1st, 2021 which takes you to this article.

I love when this happens! I, too, enjoy asking people what their range in their ICE is and they look confused and slightly puzzled. Almost as if they're thinking "hmm, I guess I don't really know that"
