I’m having the same issues. Works fine if I use my phone so it’s something with Rivian/Alexa and Amazon music. I wish they had a real app. In it’s current form it’s really not useable.

My update was stuck In ”paused”. I tried both soft and hard resets and it showed 40% downloaded, then back to paused. I used the Rivian hotspot to verify that the truck had WIFI access, it was 54% charged, and not charging. So I started a chat with support and they restarted the update for me...

Now that I have my truck I can answer my own question. The 2025 R1T comes with both the gear guard cable and the air compressor hose if you get the utility panel.
