Agreed and if they aren't going to do AA/CP (they never will) then they need to separate out the applications and be able to upgrade them without having to wait for a full vehicle upgrade. It took a bunch of months to fix AM because they had to wait for the vehicle update cadence. AM to me is...
Pretty sure it's an Apple Music setting to lower quality when it can't stream fast enough from a recent update. Mine does the same on the Gen 1. It used to go pause tracks in the past vs. lower the quality from my experience.
So if lease rates for Tier 1 credit are roughly 10%, who benefits from that, Rivian and Chase? Just Chase? I'd love to know what the money factor/interest rate would be for Tier 2 credit and beyond. The number seems astronomically high for a R2. I know Porsche and other more expensive...
The trick is to have them fail before the 12 months are up. I'm on my 3rd recently and have never paid for any of them. Right after the update, boom, warning replace the battery. I'm just glad I never got stuck anywhere (yet).
Coleton is awesome to watch and would happily support him if I lived in Colorao. I enjoy detailing stuff myself and learning from all the videos he has. I use Armour Detail for pretty much everything now since they are a smaller business but produce high-quality products. I know Coleton loves...
Just tag Wassym and he'll have it fixed by the top of the hour! Hey RA, turn on the rear fan to high so my dog doesn't melt, "I can only pick between 1-4" lol
Lease rates are like 10% when you convert the money factor. It'll sell like hotcakes but a lot of people still want to lease and that price is definitely a barrier.
I'm sure your points are accurate as you have used it way more than me. I only experienced it for less than an hour, months ago and have a Gen 1 so nothing to compare it to. I just don't believe Rivian will ever catch Tesla in any meaningful EV area due to the many years of experience and talent...
I almost like my NACS to CCS charging condom that is well cared for with no rusty exposed pins etc... Hotel chargers are even in worse shape and I would rather use an adapter there as well.
*Until they try FSD for the first time. I thought I only wanted adaptive cruise with lane keeping but was completely blow away with FSD because NY traffic absolutely sucks. I tried it months ago with a friends M3 and I have a hard time believing Rivian will match them anytime soon.
It's an echo chamber in here unfortunately but the real world suggests that Tesla will still sell a ton of vehicles despite the petty boycotts and "before Elon went crazy" bumper stickers.
Never had a Tesla to experience the updates but being a Gen 1 R1S owner, the best updates were to the awful suspension which is still awful but less porpoising, Connect+ & Google Maps, most of the rest were blah to me.
Meanwhile I ask RA if my center floor vents are on and it says no (wrong) and then I ask to turn the rear vents on high and it says sorry can only pick speeds 1-4...
Rivian did the same thing in NY with the "Drive Clean Rebate" 60+ models but Rivian missing. Audi, BMW, MB, Land Rover, Porsche all there but not Rivian...
