Thanks for posting this concern and possible solution. I noticed the same issue as the OP. I don't listen to apple music often, but did notice that setting was turned on. I'll make the switch and see whether the "level" returns to pre-update satisfaction.

Happy to hear they are expanding! Where did you see the latest addition? I'm in Indiana and have been waiting for us to be added to lease availability. The website however still does not show KY, or IN. Fingers crossed if they are adding KY, IN may also be part of the mix.

I second the terrific service through the new service center. I've been waiting for the formal announcement and had a mobile service scheduled before Kyle called to offer in house. I was very pleased with the availability in town. They even went as far as delivering my R1T back to my house...

No, the original owner (also Rivian employee) did not receive the adapter. It would be nice if Customer service would identify whether an adapter has been reserved/issued for a particular VIN though.

Purchased my 23 R1T, 24XXX VIN back in July as pre-owned. Emailed Customer service about ownership transferring and requested the opt-in for the Tesla adapter. Received the standard "shipped in order of original delivery but we will contact you". Here we are in December, I've sent a 2nd email...
