The employee discount is only for shop order ( existing inventory) and base on the recent data point they all have delivery date before end of September. And it’s stackable with ev tax incentives if you are referring this

I think they are trying to push delivery numbers for this quarter, so yes I believe people will get their Rivian before end of this month. My friend placed their order on 9/10, and they are taking delivery this weekend
