    Rivian spare tire and factory spare kit. Extra sealant pack and factory air compressor. Tire plugs and tire sidewall patches. Set of pucks. And most of the time I have this in the bed or gear tunnel. If the above does not get it done, I'm calling roadside assistance!

    If I am going off road, I put this in the gear tunnel or bed. And most of the time it is strapped into the front of the bed with the tonneau cover closed. I do have the OEM jack but hope to never need it. Would only trust it with very firm and flat footing for the vehicle.

    So I would have heartily agreed with you until a few weeks ago when “Smart Alexa” was turned on for us. It’s worlds better and really quite good now.

    Concern:- Customer states that the vehicle produces a persistent rattling noise from the center of the front dash when the vehicle is moving on any surface that is not perfectly smooth. The driver mentioned that the issue gets worse over time. Cause: - Replaced defrost panel and secured loose...

    The service center was able to recalibrate my PTC - so no update for me at this time. They also fixed a persistent dash rattle (excellent) and did a replacement the front axle ting washers as a service action (I had not reported this as an issue).
