You can absolutely do your own rotation. I did my first ever rotation on my '24 R1T. It took about an hour as a first timer, and I torqued the lugs back to spec. I had pucks and lift, breaker bar and extra jack stands. Good luck. I wasn't going to let the dealer charge hundreds for a simple job...
