I was told by a mobile service rep that the vehicle will auto—recalibrate after windshield replacement if the sensing devices are not unplugged during replacement. This may take 100 miles, though. I didn’t test this sense I had to go to the SC anyway
I would definitely keep it. Have them give the vehicle a once over. They found a leaking half axle when they did a tire rotation for me and helped get a quick repair at the SC.
Well, I don’t want a full size truck. If you need a large bed frequently, then get a big truck. If not, get a utility trailer for the occasional need.
I’m with you, rjcrowder. I like a resume button, especially since my cruise kicks off with very slight wheel resistance. Also, 1 button resume for specific speed instead of hitting cruise at exactly the right speed or just hitting it and then multiple <> clicks to right speed. Should be easy...
OP- Thanks for doing this. I would love to have locking storage (for keys, multi-tool, etc) and never use the speaker. Sad that it won’t lock. Hard to believe Rivian hasn’t come out with a replacement. I would buy it!
Just saw your post, DrBluey. Thanks
800 volt architecture will allow faster charging and alleviate the need for more range in most cases, certainly for me. Rivian will need to change to 800v
