Zac, thanks. Interesting about the finance companies. I don't know much about trucks, but would guess if it was on the window sticker, it is part of the truck...included in the msrp. I guess the guide really doesn't know since they haven't shipped a truck with the kitchen yet...

I have heard from some that already have their R1t that Rivian simply deletes the kitchen, since it isn't yet available and the window sticker doesn't show it. This way, I guess Rivian bills it separately and ships it later. They do not show it as "owed" in the paper work.

I have it in my Defender 110X. It is such a nice convenience. I am surprised Rivian didn't include that option in the r1t and the R1S.

I recently traded my 2020 Defender 110 X. Two years old and got what I paid for it. LR dealers are not paying Carmax prices but you have to consider the lift you get from trading vs selling, as you know.

I am in the same delivery window for an R1s, Rivian Blue with Ocean Cost interior. First we hear that it will be a $2500 upgrade and that is walked back along with other price increases. Great result and PR, but now they simply eliminate the option by saying you will have to wait six months...

I did configure a Launch Edition so that sounds good. Rivian is and exciting company with amazing financial partners. I have no doubt it's a winner.
