Anyone able to guide me in how to fix this? The hotspot icon has an x in the middle of it and it is grayed out. If you go into the settings you can't toggle on and off (see slightly lighter yellow color to toggle). Password changed for security.

A case is not going to stop the charging pad from moving around? I installed it last night, drive today without anything attached (i.e. no phone on the dock)and it went into the passenger seat.
