By “guide” I mean the sales rep that took us on a test drive. Not an actual guide. I’ve been emailing him bi-weekly since June and got lucky he checked his inbox this morning.

Dumb question for those of you who switched from custom build to shop - how did you actually secure the shop vehicle? Did you reserve it in the shop and then work with Rivian to credit back your custom build? Did Rivian sales secure the shop vehicle for you?

If it makes you feel any better, so has mine. Placed June 18th, has not left “Configuration Confirmed.” This has been an incredible test of patience. I’m failing. ?
