Thanks, appreciate that. I posted it mainly as a PSA to anyone that is using Driver+/Autonomy to not let their guard down, even in slow moving traffic.

That comes with the scale of any business. The more vehicles there are, the more complaints there are even if the failure percentage stays the same. Keep in mind that for every service complaint there is, there are probably 10x satisfied experiences. We just don't have the data on our end.
It's not just Burbank as they are also opening a service center in Van Nuys, so technically it'll be +2 more service centers in LA. I also remember someone saying Burbank will be the biggest SC in LA.
Right now El Segundo is taking on the burden of both the Valley and central LA.
