I took it to where I took my previous autos. Just look up highly reviewed alignment shops (or tire shops with alignment) then call and ask if they do Rivians and if they have done them in the past.

I had the exact same thing. I kept taking it to Discount Tire to get rebalanced then to a high end place in Atlanta for another rebalance. It got slightly better but still shook quite badly. Took it back to the high end place and paid about $350 for realignment. Smooth as butter.

At the beginning of July mine cracked. I set a service appointment which took two months. The crack did not cause the glass to leak so no big deal. At the service appointment they looked at it for 60 seconds and said it was covered under warranty (replace for free). Took about a week.
