  1. Rivians have poor quality?

First, I'm still a big investor with Rivian. Second, anyone can be on here whether you currently own or not.
  2. Rivians have poor quality?

I enjoyed owning it. I usually sell when there is warranty left. The service situation became unbearable as well.
  3. Rivians have poor quality?

Buy an old pickup haha. Funny you say that because I owned a Ram 1500 for 7 years and I loved it. Only needed oil changes, never had any other single issue with it. Never bricked or broke down, ever. I'm driving a Volvo ex90 now which has less issues than my old Rivian but still has them. I'm...
  4. Rivians have poor quality?

Do you work for Rivian? One of the primary reasons I finally sold my Rivian was because the service sucked so much, in every single way. Sucked sucked sucked. Did I say Rivian service sucked? And that's coming from someone who had a deposit down for the original launch addition for two years...
  5. Rivians have poor quality?

Why does everyone on here want one then? I had mine for 3.5 years and it would brick once per year and I only put on 15k miles total. So many non stop issues. But I would mention that on this forum and everyone would get mad st me. Meanies on here or something

  7. Someone, talk me out of dumping my R1T

I sold my R1T late last year after owing it since launch. I moved to a Volvo EX90. Do I regret the change? I'm some ways yes because this Volvo is so luxurious and the ride so smooth that I hate to get it dirty from hikes and trail runs. The Rivian was made for it all. All of the EVs have...
  8. Mobile service lied to me

    Really? Genius
  9. Mobile service lied to me

My service center took in my truck because it bricked. They said I have a nail in a tire. $190. It wasn't there when I brought it in and this service center has lots of construction around it. I sold my Rivian a few months ago since owning it since launch. One of the reasons oh got rid of it...
  10. Farewell

Already said, still an investor. And this isn't my post I don't think. Ok blocking you too. Only positive ppl allowed.
  11. Farewell

Always the best way to calm something down is to call out someone in particular and try to humiliate them. Good contribution to the forum! Blocked.
  12. Farewell

It's the nature of this board. Everyone seems to argue and attack. Weird. I would think there would be a more welcoming community. If I were a moderator I'd not ppl who turn others away.
  13. Farewell

That was a nice thoughtful response, thanks for taking the time to write it. Rivian service never answered questions like why something happened or even what they repaired. The 800 number people had a difficult time contacting the Gathersburg MD service manager, and they would never return my...
  14. Farewell

It's funny you said all of this because I never felt comfortable on this forum. If I said something positive about Rivian trolls would bash and argue with me. If I said something negative or a problem trolls would bash and argue with me. And I always had the feeling the majority of users, or at...
  15. Farewell

Yes this forum sucks. People are a holes on here. I was on another which slowed down over time. But they were very helpful at first. I can't stand social media because of nasty trolls like you, and the moderators of this forum didn't control that very well. Oh well. Ok blocking you now, enjoy...

That's not a lie, it's very accurate - Tesla's issues are no longer as prevalent as they once were. All, and I mean all, of the other EVs have issues quite frequently. I would just never buy a Tesla because of the bonehead running it.
  17. Farewell

I hope I know what bricked means because my truck had to be towed to the service place about once per year. That never happened to my RAM 1500 in 7 years or any of my Range Rovers or Mercedes or Tesla or any other car. Maybe my old Land Rover Defender, that needed a new transmission. Again, my...
  18. Farewell

You really must love Rivian to encourage a previous owner to continue to discuss his negative experiences, instead of a more mature route of possibly asking what I actually liked about the truck, like why did I hold onto it for almost four years? But alas you can't because I'm now blocking you...
  19. Farewell

No I'm "spreading negativity" because I'm being attacked for my experiences and essentially being called a lier, and have to apparently defend my experiences. If you trolls would just leave the conversation would end. I can always come up with more details from bad Rivian experiences if you'd...
  20. Farewell

If you mean same vehicle bricked numerous times, yes that was often the case. Early last year almost every emergency light went on at some point and the vehicles safety systems, air suspension, etc no longer worked properly. I drive my truck home lopsided and Rivian picked it up for service. It...
