Spoke to a service rep. He said they’re aware of several “complete sound loss” vehicles that have randomly occurred like mine. They’re working on a software fix adding that a service visit may not help.

Good call. I have a mobile service scheduled in a month. Not safe.

@BabyCarrot what was the circuit issue? Same thing just happened to me. Multiple soft and hard resets plus the recent 2025.60 update didn’t fix. So annoying to have zero music/safety sounds.

Correct. Happened randomly over the week. Still persists after three soft reset and a single hard reset. Already have mobile maintenance scheduled for 4/11....but one month of no proximity or turn signal sounds isn't good. Hoping the 2025.06 is enough to reset the sound issue to fixed.

Same exact experiment. Premium audio, gen2 R1S. Audio feels weighted towards from right. Praying the 0.39 Halloween update fixes this. Release notes suggest it will.
