Maybe someone with really good data will chime in, but in my real world experience, I’d say plan on a 35 -45 minute charge stop. Not because of any one reason, but because it depends on battery conditioning, road conditions, speed, exactly where along the drive the chargers are available...

Anyone dug into the details on what this actually means? Where is the line between traditional coverage and off-road? Surely dirt roads are fine for traditional coverage... Where does it stop being a typical incident and get redefined to off-road damage?

Some limitations but it is pretty cool. Audio and hvac commands I tried worked... I'm in a 2022 so I think that probably answers any concerns anout compatibility. Not laggy, pretty responsive if it's a command it understands. Takes longer if it doesn't know what I'm asking.

We are too spoiled by how much stuff we can fit in our R1, the r2 is just a backup in case something happens to ours and we can’t afford a new R1. Also I have never been a new vehicle buyer prior to the R1, I can’t take this depreciation again, maybe a used r2 down the line.
