July 23 delivery and only received the opt in email. Never shipping confirmation. Reached out to Rivian and they said to contact them at the end of the month if it still hasn’t been received.

Thanks for the info. That must be what happened. My opt in email said to opt in by 10/31/24 which I did.

Made a mistake on the date. June 23 delivery. I received the opt in email beginning of October. Nothing since.

June 24 delivery here and still waiting. Can I ask when you got your opt in email and when you got the address confirmation email?

I see that too. Unfortunately my R1s hasn’t detected my key in the vehicle for the past month so no way to update for me.

One oddity is after connecting to the hotspot, the device to select for chromecast is listed as Rivian R1T, but I have an r1S

Based on the Rivian tracker video, I think the app login is all you need.

I believe hotspot came back for non connect plus users as a trial for the video apps.

Seeing this with the widget as well. But only in the past week or so. Maybe it was happening before and I didn’t notice.

Turned the charger map layer off for a few days. Tuned it back on today and everything is back to normal. Will monitor but I think it was a glitch that is at least fixed for now.

i did speak to them yesterday. Because they can’t figure it out they scheduled a service to run a diagnostic to send out.

Interesting. I’ve done it twice already but can try again. Tesla chargers all show up and their availability is updating correctly compared to the Tesla app so I know it’s receiving data. And yes, all filters are off

Yes I’ve done a soft reset, full reset, and have updated the software the other day. Still no luck.

Did it fix itself or what did you do. Rivian isn’t sure what’s going on.

Did this end up resolving on its own? Same thing happened to me in the app but also on the vehicle nav charging layer. The app was fine the next day but I’m still missing charger icons in the navigation.

Nope only filters set are Rivian network only and to hide incompatible. Have tuned all filters off and still nothing
