    TAPS is a paintless dent repair place in PDX. I think it's a solo operation, with Todd the owner essentially doing it all. He's great! I used him for a small dent last year. He seems to really love working on Rivians and way more capable and confident with more horrendous dings than any other...

    Holy crap mannnnnn! I'm so glad I didn't just say, "Okay" and push the green light on their estimate. I feel so handcuffed by the entire "Rivain certified" thing. But I feel like if it's body work like I need, it could be any shop that is reputable, which it would appear based on this story...

    My kiddos backed the truck up into a tree (see attached photo). Took it to the Rivian approved shop outside of Portland (Precision Body and Paint) they quoted me and eye popping $11,500 to fix it by cutting the side panel in half and replacing it. I then called up TAPS (paint-less dent repair)...
