    Thanks! Makes sense. I was getting 2.6kW after setting to the appropriate 24 amps. You answered it, the tesla is more efficient. I didn't know that, thought speeds would be similar or at least not 50% of my old model 3.

    curious, what speeds are you getting with the outlet (Assuming you swapped for the right adapter. I have the same one, ev version)? I just picked up an r1 and am only getting 4/5 miles an hour after getting 11/12 with my model 3. Very strange.
