Yes, I tried multiple hard and soft resets but they unfortunetly did not resolve the issue.

Installed the 2024.51 update without issue, but now the vehicle has no sound. Nothing from the entertainment unit, no sounds from turning indicators or hazards, no outside lock confirmation chirp. Have tried multiple hard and soft resets. Posting in the hopes that others who are experiencing...

I have no sound — exactly as you described. Nothing from any speakers, so sound from turn signals, rear cross-traffic alert (when reversing), no sound from exterior lock chime. Tried soft reset then hard reset then soft reset. Submitted a ticket and booked first available mobile service...
