You randomly lost audio not tied to OTA update? Have you tried soft and hard resets?

There is no fake engine noise pumped into the cabin that I'm aware of. The noise I referred to is the pedestrian warning sound at low speed -

I just got my car back from the SC. I was told that there was a software fault that caused the amp to not receive the update. The updated my software to 51 again and all is well. I was told that they should be able to do this with a mobile visit too.

I'm having the same issue. Since the update I have no sound from the infotainment/nav, locking sounds, turn signal/hazards, cross-traffic warnings, proximity alerting, etc. I've tried multiple hard and soft resets and went through extra steps to ensure the vehicle slept. Nothing has helped...
