Wow. Frustrating for you. Rivian replaced my rear inverter and passenger door handle controller when I took it in for my issues. Our service center here in Calgary is fantastic. Always kept me updated and let me keep the R1S loaner for the whole time.

FYI Calgary service center had a few di-cast models in stock last week. A great Christmas present for myself. :) Very reasonably priced compared to Tesla's models. Have not seen your yellow R1S on the roads yet. But honestly I can go a week without seeing another Rivian on the roads here.

For me living in a cold climate it’s the new heat pump. Super noisy and unable to put out enough heat at -40°. I love EVs for their quietness. My Gen 1 quad (serial ~26,000) has been doing great so far.

No issues for me. Installed comma in the spring. I have not used the additional power cable. Quad R1T serial number around 26,000.

Service centre told me to try the tonneau cover reset procedure. Tried it about 10 times without any luck. I was just about to give up but decided to try a soft reset. (I had done several hard resets before without luck.) Well it finally worked! So back to normal operations. Thanks to everyone...

I installed 2025.22.01. Did a hard reset. The truck finally went to sleep just now. Was awake for 2.5 hrs. after the update.:clap: Cover still won't close. I'll leave my appointment open.

Suspicious because we all had this issue with the flashing lights. I'm hoping the firmware update will fix it. I wonder if they just fixed the cloud updating issue on their end to stop the flashing. I also tried a hard and soft reset without success.

Mine is still stuck open and not sleeping. But flashing has stopped.

My lights have stopped flashing but the car is not sleeping yet and cover still won't close.

My service centre just called and said Rivian will be pushing firmware update soon. Issue has to do with cloud sync.

Ok same for me. I just tried this and my cover retracted fine but now will not close. When I try and close, it tries to retract more but is stalled in the full open position.

My R1T started not sleeping on the 13th. Also flashing tail lights.
