Yup did all that. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, going to give that a try but nothing else seems to work and help desk can't figure it out either.

Did you ever resolve this issue? Just got my 2025 R1S back from service and now both my phone and wife’s will not work with the vehicle. Rivian service doesn’t have an opening until the end of April. I tried just about everything i could think of with no luck.
