This thread now has me concerned with washing my Rivian since I can totally see resting an arm or hand ever so slightly on the roof to reach. I've had it less than 200 miles and one wash.

I've had this message since delivery back in April. My R1S was in service for 2.5 weeks for different issues but still see the message every time I start the vehicle. I assumed it was "normal" for Rivians because it usually starts up/message goes away after about 30 seconds.

Sorry to hear this. Makes me appreciate my pickup issues. I hope they get you straightened out quick and taken care of. They should be prioritizing your vehicle given it's a delivery day issue on top of being immobilized.
