Maybe the new camp speaker that they replaced the original one with was not charged when they put it in the dock. I'll charge it up and give the dock another try. It's too bad they did away with the option to see the speaker condition on-screen in the truck. Maybe they realized too many...

I experienced the same issue with my '22 R1T. Mobile service attempted to fix the charge port unsuccessfully. The service center corrected what mobile service did and also replaced the camp speaker. I haven't had a chance to verify if it is working correctly. Just checked... It is dead.
