Did you call Tesla supercharger support? (Of course, if it's a weekend there is no one there...) And there are Superchargers and Apple green chargers just off 476 north of Jim Thorpe as well as others in the area....

I NEVER do deep charges on the road. I much prefer to Supercharger-hop, and this generally is what the car (2021 Model Y) asks me to do, as it usually results in a shorter overall time for the trip.
