Mine was wonky from day 1. Think it’s a known/common issue. Worked intermittently, sometimes a restart (soft or hard) would make it work but not always. They replaced it last month under warranty and it’s worked fine since (fingers crossed).

Agree with this completely. For a premium price you should get premium performance AND premium service, both of which are lacking. I was on board with everything, patient, willing to tinker and overlook issues, until I finally called for help and was pretty much told to deal with it or fix it...

Rant warning. I absolutely love my Gen2 R1S and until they fix both the software issues and service center issues I will not buy another Rivian, and look forward to not having this one anymore. So many issues, minor ones with climate control, cameras not working, driver assist functions not...

Random question - anyone know if it’s possible to turn off the turn signal noise (I’m in a Gen 2 R1S)? I assume not but wanted to ask. My daughter is autistic and for some reason that mild/quiet sound that plays with the turn indicator on causes her significant anxiety.
