Sorry to hear about your experiences. I purchased my R1T from there and have had service work without issue. The only challenge I had was when I wanted to have the latest tonneau cover installed I had to go to San Jose.
I’m not sure on a Tesla home charger, but on my ChargePoint charger, I turn down the charging rate to the lowest setting. So if anyone attempts to use it, they’d be waiting for days for a quality charge.
This is the same thing that happens with Tesla FSD. I was placed in jail a few times until I figured everything out. So far…I’ve avoided Rivian jail and also mellowed out since getting my R1T.
💯 that wheel/tire upgrade is more worth it. I don’t find the road to be a rough ride as others have mentioned. But with that said, I recently had a Gen 1 loaner and that drive/rides like a truck. The Gen 2 is a much more refined ride.
I have that exact setup…2025 R1T Dual w/Mac battery, all terrain package w/performance upgrade. You can definitely feel the difference and is it worth it…well, I seldom use it. It’s great to scare passengers, especially hot rodders. Would I do it again, yes, because I’m an old hot rod guy...
You are 100% correct! Just goes to show I'm still learning. LOL
I purchase the "best" stereo system and it's no where close to the Meridian! The timing was perfect...I took my truck in for its 18K service and was given a 2022 R1T and what a difference in stereos!
My 2025 is pathetic in...
I’ guess I’m the only nut job here who thinks the stereo isn’t loud enough. I have a 25 R1T Meridian and my volume is frequently maxed out…but I want more.
Have a great day
💯 agree on this option…or maybe borrow a lightweight trailer. I towed a car using a lightweight trailer and I couldn’t really tell it was there.
