    I really really want the light interior (dark interior in the south is 😰) but I'm not sure I'll be able to wait if my number comes up. Although I didn't reserve until July '24 so who knows how long that will be fore me.

    That was the case a few years ago. Nowadays Elon has alienated half his customer base. People still buy Teslas because they're a good value in the EV space, but as a former owner of 2 Teslas, I will never go back to them.

    I've noticed that too. Played that game for at least a year on TSLA when they were doing 250 to 300 back and forth. Right now I'm just holding RIVN because when the R2 hits the masses, it's going to moon from a short squeeze.

    Yeah, totally understand, I just hope they're able to keep to that. In life, most things take longer and cost more than any estimate. 😓

    I think the biggest challenge for Rivian will be the price. In order to compete with the Model Y, it needs to be close in price, otherwise most people won't care. Me, I'm choosing it because I won't ever buy a Tesla again, but I also know that the average consumer is not me. I hope all this...
