  3. What are these black spots?

    Do you live in a mild/warm climate? Might be tar. I live in Forida and often get these on my white paint. I use a plastic razor blade and gently pop them off. Sometimes they leave a light tar stain. I use a dot of polishing compound to remove the stain. I hope this provides a remedy.
