The problem is that this was leased back when things were incentivized so deep. I’m at less than $600 a month with nothing down. Not sure I can duplicate that even on a used one.

It’s such a mess. Turns out it was a minor, which has made the whole thing even more complicated. My insurance is in a holding pattern cause the police department hasn’t released anything to me “due to the ongoing investigation.”
I definitely would rather it be totaled cause 1) I feel like it would never drive the same again and 2) I can only imagine the repair process will take forever.

It does. It was sideways across my neighbor’s yard and I was able to climb across from the passenger seat and get it back onto my driveway after they got his car towed away.
No. He scraped the telephone pole on his way into the yard and the impact from that blew the transformer and it took a day to get it back online and the Blink doorbell didn’t upload it (cause WiFi was off)
Also, my incident camera on the Rivian didn’t get anything. Maybe cause I wasn’t driving...
Woke up at 1 am Saturday to the sound of somebody being chased by the police and driving their car into my yard and into the Rivian.
