ITS ALMOST LIKE THE FAN IS OUT OF BALANCE

Anyone notice when the heat is on and home and in park the fan makes a loud vibrating humming noise in the front end? took it in for this reason and they said it normal and its prepping for departure. its so bad I feel it in the steering wheel.
