So I took the plunge. For me, the fridge cannot open at all once it is in the subtrunk. Needs to sit a bit higher for the hinge to have clearance, but then that means you can’t have it flush even with risers.
One thing I did wish the APL35 had is a removable divider to have the option of making...
I like the megawatt with the kickout design, but really wish they would also have the full panel/plate coverage like the Rmaxx. That would be the ultimate setup for me.
For those with rock sliders installed where the factory jack points are not accessible, how are you lifting your vehicle? I know many carry a bottle jack and the pucks for the factory jack points—what do you use in conjunction with the bottle jack here to lift the vehicle?
Two others to consider

Thanks! Yeah, I am considering this one with slightly less capacity.

ICECO APL35 dimensions (HLW): 15.7x14.4x27.0
BougeRV 30 dimensions (HLW): 15.53x12.60x22.68
Not a stupid question.
Yep, it’s where the lid sits, and how the hinges are setup. The main reason for picking this model is that it fits in the subtrunk, and the panel can go over it and remain “flat” with some risers. This way I can have a camping mattress on top with no issues, and would...
Got a hold of the Iceco APL35 to test out. It does fit in the R1S subtrunk, but needs to be shifted slightly to the right for it to sit low enough. There is a small rectangular hump on the left side of the subtrunk that raises it up just a bit—see pic.
While it’s a great fridge/freezer and it...
I started researching Prinsu a bit more for roof rack and saw that there were some issues/complaints regarding mounting a rooftop tent. Anyone here with the Prinsu Pro use a rooftop tent--if so, how was your experience?
Got it, thank you. So in reality, even though these roof racks indicate higher dynamic and static loads, it really does not provide much benefit. For example, the Prinsu Pro is around 70 lbs, and if I add on a rooftop tent at around 150 lbs, I can support 560 lbs of additional static weight...
When it comes to tire noise comparison, I understand that AT tires tend to get louder and have a whine as it gets closer to end of treadwear life. For those saying the Goodyear AT’s are far quieter, is that a comparison against the worn-and-ready-to-be-replaced Pirelli AT, or a comparison...
Looks like this is a dead rumor. Gen1 keyfobs operate on NFC, and Gen2 keyfobs on UWB. Another service advisor indicated that there will never be compatibility here.
