Reservation in March 2026 and also Dec-Feb. Planning to wait until ~summer 2027 for MY28 (twins get licences - and dad's old Volvo).

Maybe not. I'd bet tire companies get all kinds of comms from automotive yahoos. Besides, I'm sure these firms are well aware of R2 and already know what lineups will get 255/60/20 size. And don't want to disclose until launched.

Because we're still in the press release-review stage of media coverage. These people get invited to launch events w/ free travel, lodging, meals, punch and pie. Expectation is high praise or else they don't get invited next time. Competitive reviews to follow will be more grounded and candid.

Yep, charging via NIMA 14-50 will max out slower than hardwired connection. I've already got two outlets in my garage, so will want to take advantage of that flexibility. Will typically charge overnight. YMMV.

If there's any chance you would move parking spot w/in a garage (with an additional outlet), a plug-in charger (NIMA 14-50) could be moved more easiliy vs. hardwired.
