I'm hoping that since some colors and the light interior option are not available at first that it will allow me and others with later reservations to still get a R2 sometime this year as I want a LE with its limited options.

With the nearest service center being a bit over an hour away from me, I hope that doesn't push my order to far back, but with my reservation being placed in the beginning of 2025, I don't think it will matter.

I'm thinking about 3D scanning the frunk to then 3D print a mold to fill with foam to make a custom-fit cooler. I have a lot of 3D printing planned for my R2 to really customize it to my liking.

Correct, but it is used colloquially for wheel. We can be as pedantic as we want, but I think we can all agree on is that wheel ≠ tire.

Then those people are wrong. Doesn't matter where in the country you are. A tire goes around the outside diameter of a wheel, with rim being a colloquial term for wheel, but actually means the outside lip of a wheel.

Wheels = rims. The overall tire diameter is 32", no matter the size of wheel/rim, just changes in the tire's sidewall height.

Ah you right, I'm an idiot 😂 I believe all trims have the same size calipers & rotors from looking at images. Now I am hoping that 18"s could fit.
