Can you say how time-intensive you think it would be to remove and put back on if you wanted to semi-frequently put it off and on again?

I'm very interested in ordering one of these and wondering what the current status is of order batches. Is there one open I can get in on, or are you still accruing orders to make another minimum batch size? I'm in Seattle area.
