    Under the IL law, they can deduct the value of driving the vehicle for a year from the refund. So they would not have to give it a full MSRP value if they don't want to. If they do offer you an even swap, I would very much view this as a win even with higher interest rates.

    No, the IL law requires that the defects occur within then 12mo/12,000 miles but does not require that the claim be made within that period. You have 18 months to file your claim under the IL law.

    Tesla sells a CCS to Tesla adapter but it is not free and it is only compatible with newer vehicles unless the owner has taken it back to Tesla and paid for a retrofit.

    Have you ever had a HV failure on one of your other EV's? Tesla doesn't seem to be any better than Rivian in how long it can go without HV power to top off the 12v system. When the high voltage battery on my Tesla failed last month, the car totally depleted the 12V battery within about 12 hours.

    It was definitely the charger. I park in a heated garage. And I drove 10 minutes away to EA without any additional pre-conditioning and immediately got 200kw. I think the problem is that the higher powered stalls at Target are usually broken. And lower powered 80kw stalls only give that power...
