Ha, how true. I got a decent picture of @1stPlace doing this going forward.
Side note @Dark-Fx, do you run those KO2s as winter tires on any of your vehicles?
I didn't get many photos but had to share this chance encounter on the trip up.
Thanks for putting this together. Looking forward to making it up Test Hill on the first attempt next year.
Another one for user configurable tire/wheel calibration.
Have we given up on auto-tilting mirrors when in reverse? Still seems like an easy win.
I would love to be able to open the charge port door from the app.
I used butyl tape on the edge surfaces in between panels and it works to keep water out. But I think your right, I'll end up redoing that with a thin weather strip, so that the panels are more easily separated when taken apart. I've also got auto/marine weather strip on the outer most panels...
Took a bit longer to get this done but I think it turned out alright. We'll see how it holds up.
The starlite has a bit more deflection than I anticipated so I added some of the C channel at the very ends. I like the aluminum I beam but I had to remove some material from the boards here and...
How has this been holding up so far?
I followed your lead and went with the Starlite, but in 5 smaller panels. Planning to use some aluminum I beam between edges for shared support.
Right, that was my understanding as well. Thanks for clarifying @Jakelake. Wanted to rule them out before buying new sensors since I had the old rams laying around.
Yes, but modestly IMO. This is linked from the max pack EPA data thread. Looks like they 'corrected' anywhere from .707 to .725.

I'm with you but I think 127-128 kWh usable is (just?) for Quad Large? Like @240vPlug alluded to earlier, the Dual Large test group data shows 131-132 kWh usable, I think. Is this the correct interpretation of this data?

Thanks, I've got those photos of the back of the spokes though.
I'm talking about markings on the barrel 'under the tire'. Mine had bunch but I didn't get photos and suspect they'll be gone following powder coating.
Nothing to report on rubbing yet. Mine come back from powder coating next week.
But if you're able, will you take some pictures of the inside barrel? I remember seeing some information on there (manufacturer date, etc.) on mine. But I forgot to take pictures and don't remember if it had a...
The May 2023 data is part of test group PRIVT00.0192 which is the dual motor large pack test group.
The other dates are, I believe, variations of PRIVT00.0194 which is quad motor large pack.
What we (you, me, max packers everywhere) are waiting on is the detailed report of PRIVT00.0SEP which...
Not sure if this has been reported in here yet but I put one on a home scale tonight just to see.
I saw various reman/second hand websites saying 38-41 pounds so 35 is a pleasant surprise?
