Gen 1 - perfect. We use it a lot!

We tow a 27' Sonic, about 5500 lbs. fully loaded. After three trips avg 1.3-1.4 kwh. I love the way it tows, better than any previous vehicles we've used. No surprise, wind is the biggest range killer! I'd like more range, but our charging stops have been enjoyably breaks!

All very positive feedback from "outsiders." Most think its cool, some ask what it is and who makes it. My close friends and family have all wanted rides or to drive it!

Honestly, given VWs current fiscal problems, it is doubtful there will be a '27 launch; if it even launches at all!

I reached out to Rivian this summer about SiriusXM. I was told they will roll it out this early winter on a trial/subscription basis> They assured me it is on the way!

I totally agree. Rivian has assured us their vehicles are bi-directional compliant, but where is the hardware? My R1S is supposed to arrive by year's end so I have emailed every V2h/V2V/V2G manufacturer to get info, pricing, etc. No one has responded. My garage is 240 wired from a prior vehicle...
