I saw none of that flip down on any of the trucks. They did have an extra piece when you drop the liftgate that makes the entire bed one continuous flat piece. Good for loading dirt bikes or sleeping in it rather than having a gap.

Yes, it was lined and had a flip up lid to expose a deeper well with power outlets if I recall correctly.
