We received our crossbars, all weather mat and field kit within a week for others wondering how long delivery takes. We received the Rivian wall charger a few weeks before the truck.
Since this is a Great Customer Service thread: We haven't had a problem with our truck, so I can't speak to that. But the delivery process -- the knowledge and enthusiasm of the Bellevue SC employees -- was impressive. It was the best car purchase experience we've had by far. We've purchased a...
Looking over the voter's pamphlet and realized it is an excellent time to contact my state representatives about the favoritism to dealers issue. I've already done it once without a reply, but maybe during election season I'll have better luck. Also thinking about posting on local neighborhood...
I know the request was for charging horror stories, but we've only had positive experiences for the few road trips we've taken in the Mach E at Electrify America. For daily use, we charge at home. But we've driven roundtrip from Seattle area to Southern California/Palm Springs, from Seattle to...
It was a sunny day and I really wanted see the colors in the sunshine! I was shocked how many were there plus more being unloaded. I think there are far far more deliveries planned in this area than are being reported on this forum.
It looks like a nice facitility. I wish they would have an...
Also drove by the Bellevue service center. Around 1:30pm, I counted at least 24 R1Ts plus 4 additional R1Ts that were being unloaded from a transport truck!
Counted at least 20 R1Ts and the Bellevue Service Center around 3:30pm today. Lucky to see both Forest Green and Rivian Blue side by side as I think about what color works best for my R1T!
How dreamy would it be if Rivian parked eight R1Ts and an R1S or two showing all the color options for two to three days at service centers and the locations where they planned to have first drives to allow pre-order holders to drop by and see the trucks and finalize the colors?
I'll keep doing what I have been doing - travel with friends. I've been driving when a trail is closer in and not on a forest road. It is time for me to step up though. If anyone has suggestions, I need to start thinking about other options. I'm committed to electric vehicles and do not want a...
I've also changed my pre-order to dual motor and standard battery, but am looking for an alternative to replace the Rivian pre-order. I had the max battery pack, and am looking for a something with 350-400 mile range that can go on rough forest roads in the PNW. I don't want a vehicle that is so...
Since I can get a rebate if I buy my charger through my public utility, dropping the Rivian charger was the easiest change to make in my configuration when they raised the price to $750.
No longer a Happy Camper. Our R1T price jumped to over $100k since we have a max pack configured, which is now a $16k upgrade. We are either going to cancel or downgrade the range. No way will I buy a truck for over $100k.
I am sticking with the Max Pack reservation as the RIT will be our family road trip car/going on forest roads into the mountains car and the extra range matters to us. Two months ago we bought a Mustang Mach E with the extended range so I could be more relaxed about the wait. I am super excited...
