NOW AVAILABLE - OpenSourceEV Camp Drawer - a Camp Speaker replacement

This would be great, but you could probably create it yourself with some pre-sectioned foam inserts from Pelican or similar.

    Alright, let's be honest here

Rivian is a portmanteau of the Indian River in Florida.

    I’m on my 3rd rear drive unit…

Yeah, mine will do it for longer than I am comfortable allowing and it definitely vibrates the whole truck. My point to them is this seems to be some form of metal on metal knocking which is never good. I am escalating the issue but came to search on here because I told them that I was not...

    I’m on my 3rd rear drive unit…

I think I am having the same issue and Orlando SC is telling me it is basically normal/expected. In high suspension if I give it healthy throttle it makes a terrible chattering sound, even in a straight line. In fact I can make it happen in standard height when turning. I have uploaded 2...

    Powered Tonneau Curveball

Yeah, I am in agreement with you about extending the warranty, although with only 7k miles in 14 months I'm not in any imminent danger of mine running out. But like you and many others mine has been inoperable for a year (actually will be 1 year on Halloween). I have had several times...

    Powered Tonneau Curveball

Breaking them doesn't require any bashing or even serious force. As I understand it, the mode of failure for most was due to unequal torque being applied to each side gear leading the sides to become out of sync and get stuck at an angle within the track. Therefore anything that causes one...

OTA Update 2023.38.0 - Early Look! Drive Mode & Towing Experience Changes

I'm still happy and appreciate the updates, I just got excited when I first read the news thinking they were going to give more control over how the vehicle is setup. My bigger personal gripe is their handling of the theme modes.

OTA Update 2023.38.0 - Early Look! Drive Mode & Towing Experience Changes

I have read through what I could but can anyone confirm that this doesn't actually change any of the existing drive modes or allow any additional tweaking. Specifically I would like to have a standard height option in sport mode, or the sport throttle map in AP. I just want something to get...

How many times have you launched your Rivian?

A proper brake-held launch? Once. A full throttle rip from a stop? Regularly.

    Blinker noise is annoying.

Do you drive with no audio on at all? I think they are too quiet and I routinely forget they are on. My gripe isn't so much with the lack of noise but the overuse of unnecessary technology which has led to a purely digital system and away from the tried and true physical solution of a stalk...

HaulMaster Cargo Carrier, yeah, it fits R1T bed… ;)

Does the Inno Shaper fit into our T channels fine? I just came across it and it seems perfect for m needs

Gear Tunnel shaped Duffel Bag at the Gear Shop.

https://bureo.co/products/bureo-fishnet-flyer-frisbee Looks like a basic play disc, 175g. Could certainly be used for ultimate but I am very picky about the feel of my frisbees and I have a feeling this one probably sucks.

Will rivian ever fix my auto tonneau cover?

I'm going camping this weekend too and thankfully rain is not likely, but I will be camping in the infield at Daytona for this weekend's races, and the security of the cover would be nice given the thousands of other people I am sharing the campsite with. I have already told my guide I am...

Automatic Tonneau Cover Retrofit Fix Update...

There is huge difference between a small amount of water dripping in an making contact with luggage and subjecting luggage to an extended downpour. The tonneau also provides significant security for luggage while travelling. My tonneau has been broken nearly a year now and I too had to change...

    Slow down before shifting

In theory shouldn't drive and reverse just be opposite sides of a continuum of the spin of the motor, one side being clockwise and the other counter. So if you put it in reverse while moving in drive it should just continue to decelerate to brief "stop" only to then begin accelerating in the...

    Seatbelt Chime Defeat

Do you not listen to music often? It is the most intrusive chime I've ever experienced. It literally stops your music or phone call even when the vehicle isn't in drive. It drives me insane because my natural instinct upon getting into a car is to rest my foot on the brake, which triggers the...

    Fewer drive modes for Dual-Motor?

Interesting, so I guess Rally really is better for speed bumps, but what I want is the sport throttle mapping without the sport ride height compromise. You can move it to soft in sport, but with the lower ride height it is too bouncy.

What do we think a new tailgate costs?

The only reason to even have the stupid cantilever tailgate is for more surface area when the tailgate is down. Its such an awful design choice in my mind, but if they don't recommend driving with it down then there is no purpose for it at all except to make it harder to get to the stuff...

    Fewer drive modes for Dual-Motor?

I would use Rally Mode daily if it didn't disable the proximity sensors and cruise control. I am not sure its any softer than all purpose, but it combines the soft ride of all purpose with the sport throttle response, which is my ideal daily driver setup. I have submitted this feedback several...
