Is there no way for you to give those still waiting an estimated timeline? I know you can do the math, as that's how your products get priced.

@EV Sportline, any idea when my order #2235 will ship? Back on Feb. 14th, I was told the following: "We expect to have your order fulfilled before the end of the month."
On their contact page, I asked if they are being produced, then they know a production rate, combine that with the known number of orders, they should be able to give an estimated ship date. What I got back was that my order would be fulfilled by the end of the month. I ordered 11/23

That's what they had to do with mine, replace the TCM. The replacement will have to be flashed to your trucks VIN. Which I was told is done at the factory in Normal.

Update - I got the Truck back yesterday, and everything is back to normal. The TCM connected over the weekend and updated to the latest release. For good measure, they push the same update again on Monday morning to ensure it would finish and to check the logs to make sure all was good. I'll...

Thanks for the update. So they were able to fix the TCM, did they happen to say what was wrong with it or what they had to do to fix it? I ask cause that's what's wrong with mine. They got a new TCM but the new one seems to be doing the same thing.
