What OS/browser are you using to access the web site? Do you have ad-blocking software enabled on your device? Maybe try a different browser or disabling any adblock software and trying again.

My understanding is that being eligible for those options means that they are mandated by your state laws. I don’t know if you need to order them per se. You might get a second one of each if you add them to your order. Rivian can address that though when you reach them.
