I’ve had chronic issues - especially after software updates - with Alexa commands not working at all. Not verbally, not even with the button. No blue line or response whatsoever, just frozen. Sometimes soft resets don’t even fix it, have to do 1 or more full resets to get Alexa back online...

Anyone else seeing Hotspot not wanting to stay enabled? When I configure the option switch on, it goes right back to off after a few seconds…??? Going to call it in this week, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this…

Had the same event (once), called it in and had to let the vehicle “sleep” (sit locked/undisturbed) for 30 min and then audio came back. Soft system reset with Hazard Lights did not work... Make sure you call it in so that this can be documented & patched for good.
