I just used a generic memory foam mattress from Amazon (there are many there to choose from with varieties of thickness), cut to fit the proportions of the Megamat Auto. I like the Luno R1S mattress solution since it appears you can fold it in half when underway, making room for gear while in...
Wow, congratulations on your successful journey! I have to say though, hearing how well EA worked for you is almost as shocking as how poorly I found EA stations to work (if they worked at all) through California, Oregon and Idaho, as well as in Calgary on my trip from the Bay Area to Calgary...
UPDATE: Couple of upgrades I forgot to mention:
1. 1-2" memory foam topper on top of the Expedition makes it truly a luxury experience.
2. Finding a sheet/cover for the Megamat Auto was not easy, but the one offered by Luno Life fits fairly well, especially with the 2" memory foam topper. It...
Congrats on the R1S! I'd recommend acquainting yourself with the Rivian app Planner. I used this on a recent trip from SF Bay to Calgary, Canada and it worked quite well. Just enter your destination, your starting parameters (location and SOC), and how much charge you wish to have on arrival...
I've been an ExPed fan for a while. I tried the ExPed MegaMat Duo 10, and though it is fantastic, the ExPed MegaMat Auto is pretty much the same with approx. 10 extra inches of shoulder room - and is a perfect fit! And - bonus - ExPed also sells a cool compact pump/lantern/phone backup battery...

You can also look these up in the Rivian app map. I recently drove up to Banff, Canada and used the planner on the app extensively. But do double-check third party charger status independently from their respective apps to ensure they are up and running.
I tried to buy one (twice today), but they literally told me 'legal' would not allow R1S owners to buy the full sized spare, which they said was for R1T's only. You can't just buy it anonymously, you need to call Rivian service and provide your account info, so they can tell which vehicles you have.
@Cafireman I know because when I tried, my wall charger would not work with my Rivian despite many websites saying it is compatible. I dug around (not enough) long enough to say f*** it, and got my Rivian wall charger installed, replacing my Tesla charger (at that time the Rivian charger was in...
For your Tesla wall charger, you have to enable it to charge non-Teslas - by default it will only charge Teslas. Ask me how I know :) This is the adapter I purchased for my Tesla wall charger:

Decided to swap my Tesla charger with this one. In fact the Tesla charger didn't work with the adapter so I nuked it (removed it gently and will put it up for sale) and installed the Rivian charger. The Rivian charger is better quality - cable is much beefier and pliable.
