Ok it's been a minute. The Aluma was a great trailer. Loading was tight (1 inch space between the fenders... 1/2 in each side). I put about 5-7000 miles towing the R1T on it. It ate tires. I had 5 blow outs plus 1 additional puncture. Yes the trailer tire pressures were right, I used a monitor...
I was directed by the Rivian Nav, to a Charge Point Station in San Antonio, that was in a gated apartment lot. What is the point of including restricted charging stations? Drive 20 miles only to not be able to charge.
Has anyone had their hand held gauges calibrated? They are notoriously inaccurate. Mechanical or digital (just because it's digital doesn't mean it's accurate). Read the documentation, most say accuracy is +/- 2psi (some are closer). Gauge could be +2 and the TPMS -2.

Aluma offers 5200 lb axles as an option. No problem. My RV is 45' adding the 219" bed is a 24+ft length... 2ft longer is more weight. And shorter is easier...
Has anyone investigated trailering the R1T? Those of us that want to tow the truck behind our RV will require a trailer like the Aluma EX 8200 series tilt trailer. Bed length 219in (18'3") or 244in (20'4") ft? Has anyone tried the R1T on a tilt trailer? Does it balance easily? Is the 18ft...
